Vitaract is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.

The price at checkout is final and includes product price and applicable delivery fees. We do not currently charge VAT, customs, or import duties, as sales are limited to Lebanon.

You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount, including delivery charges.

5 – Shipping and Delivery
We deliver only within Lebanon through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier workload. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

6 – Intellectual Property
All content on our store, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is owned by Vitaract or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent from us.

Our name, logos, and product branding are trademarks of Vitaract. Unauthorized use of these is prohibited.

Vitaract is powered by Shopify, which enables us to run our online store. However, all purchases are made directly with Vitaract. Shopify is not responsible for your orders or any issues related to products purchased from us.
