We currently deliver only within Lebanon through our trusted courier partners.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Beirut & nearby areas: 2–3 business days
• Other regions in Lebanon: 3–5 business days
  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are charged by our courier partner and are paid by the customer upon delivery, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.

Delays & Responsibility
Once an order is handed to the courier, Vitaract is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the courier service. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any problems.
